Code of Conduct

The board of directors ("Board") of Newfoundland Capital Corporation Limited ("Company") has developed this Code of Business Conduct and Ethics ("Code") to deter wrongdoing and promote honest and ethical conduct throughout the Company. The Code applies to all directors, officers and employees of the Company and, where applicable, third parties engaged to represent the Company.
